Easy to make Beef Mongolian Noodles is sweet, spicy, and perfect for busy weeknights! You can make these mongolian beef noodles in 30 minutes or less and it tastes even better than the restaurant version.

Ingredients
225g spaghetti or ramen noodles
750g minced beef
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
120ml soy sauce
45g brown sugar
60ml beef stock
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/2 cup green onions, sliced
Sesame seeds for garnish
Preparation
Step 1
Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Step 2
In a large skillet, heat the oil over a medium to high heat. Add minced beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
Step 3
Add garlic and saute for about 1 minute until fragrant. Stir in soy sauce, brown sugar, beef stock and red pepper flakes. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
Step 4
Add cooked noodles, tossing to coat them in the sauce. Stir In sliced green onions and cook for another minute.
Garnish with sesame seed before serving.
