Your whole family will love this easy chicken bacon ranch casserole!
Simple, hearty and guaranteed to please, this creamy chicken pasta dish will have the whole family asking for seconds.

Ingredients
500g Chicken breast, cubed
3 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
6oz pasta, penne, or any preferred type
1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup ranch sauce
1/4 cup milk
2-9 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 teaspoons onion powder
Black pepper to taste
150ml chicken stock
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
Chopped green onions for garnish (optional)
Grated Parmesan for topping (optional)
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350F (180C)
Step 2
In a medium bowl toss the chicken pieces together with the olive oil and 2 tablespoons of ranch sauce, mix well , set aside.
Step 3
In a 9x13 casserole dish combine the pasta, onion, garlic, half the bacon, chicken stock, milk and remaing ranch sauce, mix well. Add the chicken and stir everything together.
Step 4
Top with remaing bacon and cheddar cheese. Cover casserole dish with foil and place in oven, bake for 30 minutes, the remove foil and bake for a further 30 minutes or until the chicken and pasta are cooked through.
Garnish with green onions and parmesan cheese if reuired
